As a major contributor to national and international standards on functional safety-integrity and creator of four reliability data and prediction software packages, David provides in-house training workshops in safety-integrity, reliability and software quality.
He was the president of the Safety and Reliability Society 2000/03 and Chairman of the Institution of Gas Engineers Committee which produces the industry recommendations on programmable safety critical systems relating to IEC 61508.
